Studios INN continues to put guests first, allowing total flexibility on reservations made direct.
Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3days before of the day of arrival. Prepayment is required at the time of booking.

This will apply to all corporate, wholesale, leisure group and business group bookings. Please contact us for more information.

Reservation

Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon).
(Other times may apply for reservations through travel agencies).
Please let know if you plan to arrive after 7:00pm.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE (After 10:00pm) : $57.00

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival when you book with us directly.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
No refund is available after check-in.

Yes, our corporate rates are available to all businesses.

We accept all major credit cards, checks and Bank Transfers (contact us for more information).

Yes, we have discounted monthly rates for Guests that stay 31+ nights.

No pets are allowed.

The guest will be charged a flat cleaning fee $350 for any animals like service / emotional animals.

Facility and Services

Housekeeping is available for a fee ($95 / each). Contact the front desk for more information.

Please note:
After Check-in, Tenants are responsible for buying their own toiletries and cleaning
products, as well as washing their own towels and bedding during their stay.
Vacuum cleaners are available at the front desk at no charge.

Please make sure you wash the dishes and take the all garbages out when you check-out.

We have two coin-operated laundry rooms on-site (2nd fl and 3rd fl).

You can exchange dollars for coins at the front desk (cash only).

Washer and Dryer are $3.00 (depends on the machines) each for one time use.

Our private conference room can be reserved for use during business hours.

Yes, all of our rooms have a kitchenette complete with cookware, dishes and utensils.
We also have a common kitchen area with an oven that our Guests can use.
